The Spirit of Generosity
Giving is not transactional—it is transformational. It strengthens fellowship, builds the body of Christ, and allows believers to participate in God’s mission of reconciliation and renewal. Every gift, whether large or small, is a seed sown into the Kingdom of God.
Forms of Giving
- Tithes: A biblical practice of dedicating a tenth of one’s income to God.
- Offerings: Freewill gifts given during worship services.
- Special Collections: Contributions for specific projects such as building churches, supporting missions, or disaster relief.
- In-Kind Giving: Donations of food, clothing, or other resources to support ministry and community needs.
